All payments made to Equigenius Services are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Inability to attend live sessions

• Partial or non-completion of course or webinar

• Accidental or duplicate payments

Please ensure you review all program details and ask any questions before making a payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free Webinars: You may cancel your registration anytime. However, no rescheduling, replay access, or compensation will be provided.

• Paid Courses / Events: Once registered, cancellations are not allowed and no refund will be processed.

3. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases where a session is canceled or rescheduled by Equigenius Services, participants will be notified, and alternative access or future credit may be provided at our sole discretion. No monetary refunds will be issued.
