1. Webinar / Masterclass Registrations

Free Webinars

  • Registrations for free webinars cannot be cancelled, as no payment is involved.

Paid Webinars

  • Fees paid for a webinar are non-refundable, as the seat and resources are reserved for you.
  • If you miss the live session, recordings will be provided (if applicable), as mentioned in the event description.

2. Online Courses (Digital Products)

Non-Refundable

All digital courses, study materials, templates, and downloadable products sold by Equigenius are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchase
  • Failure to complete the course
  • Lack of usage after purchase

3. Special Offers, Discounts & Sales

All purchases made under Winter Offer Sale, festival discounts, limited-time pricing, or coupon codes are strictly non-refundable.

4. Duplicate Payment

If a customer is charged twice due to a technical/payment gateway issue:

  • The extra amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days after verification.

5. Course Access Issues

If you face any technical issue:

A refund will only be considered if:

  • You purchased the course but did not receive access even after 48 hours,
  • And the issue cannot be resolved from our side.

6. Cancellation of Program by Equigenius

In rare cases where Equigenius cancels a paid event or program:

  • A full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
  • Alternatively, participants may choose a free transfer to the next batch.
