1. Acceptance and provider details

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of equigeniusservices.com, your enquiries and registrations, and the educational products or services offered under the Equigenius Services name (“Equigenius”, “we”, “us” or “our”). “You” means a website visitor, learner, purchaser or applicant, as applicable.

By using the website or purchasing a program, you acknowledge these Terms and any additional terms clearly shown for the relevant product at the time of registration or purchase. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the relevant transaction or use.

2. Programs, descriptions and inclusions

Equigenius provides educational content and training related to financial modeling, valuation, stock market foundations, fundamental analysis, AI in finance, workshops, projects and other related subjects. The content, format, duration, access period, support and inclusions can differ by program.

The description and inclusions shown on the relevant program page and at checkout at the time of purchase form part of the offer for that purchase. Please review them carefully and save your confirmation. Do not assume a feature, template, live session, mentor review, certificate or internship is included unless it is expressly listed for your selected program.

We may update lessons, examples, software demonstrations or course sequence to keep educational material useful. We will not intentionally describe a material inclusion in a way that conflicts with the offer accepted at checkout; any material change will be handled consistently with applicable law and the relevant purchase terms.

3. Pricing, taxes and payment

• Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless another currency is expressly stated. The applicable price is the amount clearly shown for your selected product at checkout before payment.
• Promotional or cohort-specific terms apply only where their eligibility, inclusion and genuine deadline are stated. A promotion should not be assumed to continue beyond its published terms.
• Your enrollment is confirmed only after the payment provider or Equigenius confirms successful payment, as applicable. A pending, failed or reversed transaction does not by itself establish enrollment.
• Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their own terms. Do not share passwords, OTPs, full card details or UPI PINs with Equigenius staff.
• If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us with the order reference and relevant payment proof. Do not email unnecessary sensitive financial information.

4. Course access and program delivery

Recorded programs

Recorded-course access lasts for the period stated on the applicable program page or checkout. For example, if the offer for the Financial Modeling & Valuation Professional program states one year, that access period applies to that purchase. Keep your order confirmation as the reference for your own enrollment.

“Lifetime access” wording

Where a program is advertised as including lifetime access, the specific written offer and purchase confirmation govern what recordings and materials are included. Unless a longer or more specific commitment is expressly provided in writing, “lifetime access” refers to continued access for the life of the relevant course offering or service while it remains available and supported by Equigenius; it is not a representation that every platform, third-party tool or service will operate forever. Have this definition reviewed and ensure it matches your actual sales promise before publishing.

Live batches and workshops

Live sessions take place according to the schedule communicated for the relevant cohort. The delivery method, session count, recordings (if any), attendance requirements and access duration depend on the offer. If a session time changes, we will use the contact details provided at registration to communicate the change where reasonably practicable.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and WhatsApp number and for checking the joining instructions sent to you. Recording availability should not be assumed unless it is included in the offer.

5. Learner responsibilities and acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and use course materials for your own learning unless written permission says otherwise.

• Do not share account access, redistribute recordings or templates, resell materials, publicly upload paid course content, or reproduce substantial course material without written permission.
• Do not use the website, sessions or community channels to harass others, impersonate another person, infringe rights, distribute malware or engage in unlawful activity.
• When submitting models, reports, resumes or other work for feedback, make sure you are permitted to share the materials. Remove confidential employer, client or third-party information unless you have authorization.

We may restrict access where there is credible evidence of account sharing, material misuse, abusive conduct, non-payment or unlawful activity. Any action will be subject to the contract, applicable law and any rights available to the learner.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, course recordings, lesson notes, templates, branded materials and original training content supplied by Equigenius are owned by or licensed to Equigenius and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

After enrollment, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use included materials for your own learning during the applicable access period. Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of its materials to you.

You retain rights you already hold in your own work. By voluntarily submitting work for educational feedback, you permit us to use it to provide the relevant feedback or service. We will not publicly showcase identifiable student work or testimonials without an appropriate basis or permission.

7. AI tools, third-party services and accuracy

Programs may demonstrate third-party AI tools, spreadsheets, websites or software. Their availability, pricing, features, privacy practices and terms are controlled by their respective providers and may change independently of Equigenius. A paid subscription to a third-party service is included only if the relevant offer expressly says so.

AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or misleading. You must independently verify financial data, formulas, citations, assumptions and other outputs before relying on them. Do not upload confidential or personal data into AI tools unless you have the right to do so and have considered the tool provider’s privacy terms.

8. Educational purpose, career outcomes and financial risk

Courses are educational and skills-development services. We aim to teach concepts and practical workflows, but we do not guarantee a job, promotion, salary, internship selection, interview result, investment return, trading profit or other specific outcome. Results depend on many factors, including prior knowledge, effort, market conditions and opportunities outside our control.

Any examples of student work, testimonials or career experiences are individual experiences and should not be treated as a promise that every learner will achieve the same result.

9. Projects and Equity Research Analyst Internship pathway

Where an internship pathway is expressly included in a program, it is subject to the written program description, eligibility criteria, selection process, assignment availability and any terms communicated to the learner. It should not be assumed to be automatically available to every purchaser unless the specific written offer clearly commits to that.

The Equity Research Analyst Intern opportunity may involve preparing financial models and related research on selected companies based in Australia and New Zealand. Applicants are expected to already be proficient in financial modeling. Applications may be reviewed based on the applicant’s resume, prior financial-modeling work and other stated criteria. Sending an application does not guarantee selection or an assignment.

• The specific tasks, supervision, duration, schedule, compensation (if any), completion criteria and certificate conditions will be stated in the written offer or separate internship terms where applicable.
• Unless a written offer explicitly confirms otherwise, the opportunity does not promise a job, placement, paid employment, a statutory apprenticeship or a position with any company being researched.
• Use only public, licensed or otherwise authorized information for assignments and respect company, client and third-party confidentiality requirements.

Do not rely on a verbal statement alone where a material condition matters to your decision; request the applicable written program or internship terms before enrolling or accepting an assignment.

10. Certificates and completion criteria

A certificate is provided only where it is included in the program offer and the relevant completion or assessment requirements have been met. Enrollment or payment alone does not automatically establish completion. Certificates recognize participation or completion as described by the specific program; they are not a government license, academic degree, professional designation or job guarantee unless expressly stated and legally authorized.

11. Refunds, cancellations and access problems

Refund, cancellation, rescheduling and access-remedy requests are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy presented for the relevant purchase, together with any specific offer terms and applicable legal requirements. Please read that policy before making payment and save a copy of the terms shown at checkout.

If you cannot access a program after successful payment, contact info@equigeniusservices.com with your order reference and a description of the issue so it can be checked. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Website, platform availability and limitations

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website and learning services accessible, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet connectivity, third-party platform outages or events outside our reasonable control may affect access. We will take reasonable steps to address service issues that are brought to our attention.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Equigenius is not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of educational materials, third-party tool changes or a learner’s decisions based on unverified information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Privacy and communications

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. We may use the contact information you provide to administer enrollment, send joining instructions, provide support, respond to applications and communicate material program updates. Marketing communications should be sent and managed in accordance with applicable law and any choices available to you.

Please do not send passwords, OTPs, complete payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information through email or WhatsApp.

14. Changes to these Terms and applicable law

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, services or legal requirements. The revised version will show an updated date. For an existing purchase, the terms applicable to that purchase and any mandatory legal protections will continue to apply as required by law; a later website update does not automatically remove rights already accrued.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and rules about jurisdiction. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. We encourage learners to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern constructively.
